Penn Club of LA Fireside Chat with Ira Harkavy

Join Dr. Ira Harkavy, Associate Vice President and Founding Director of the Netter Center for Community Partnerships for a special evening on Monday, April 30. This intimate evening will feature a reception from 6:30 – 7:15 pm. From 7:15 – 8:30 pm will be our main program – a question and answer session with Dr. Harkavy, focusing on the topic of Improving Social Change Through Universities.

Dr. Harkavy will be interviewed by Hollywood Producer and Netter Center Board Member Robert Cort, C’68, G’70, WG’74.

Dr. Harkavy will speak about the work of the Netter Center and Penn in West Philadelphia and beyond and how Universities across the country are catalysts for social change. We will close with an opportunity to mix and mingle with Dr. Harkavy and fellow alumni.
