Penn Program for Public Service
Each summer, approximately 15 of Penn's most civic-minded undergraduates forgo part-time jobs and beach vacations to participate in the Netter Center for Community Partnerships 12-week public service internship program.
"I have pursued this kind of work becuase of the challenges and opportunities it offers to continue learning and developing," says Rosaline Zhang, C'14.
The Penn Parents Magazine featured Rosaline, who has been deeply involved in West Philadelphia as a Netter Center intern.
