Penn Volunteers in Public Service (Penn VIPS)

Six recent graduates from local high schools will be honored by the Marie K. Bogle Scholarship sponsored by Penn VIPS and Business Services Division.  These non-tuition scholarships are awarded to college-bound students with a history of service.
