Penn Alumni Classes Engage (PACE)

Penn Alumni Classes Engage, P.A.C.E., is a new Alumni Class Leadership Council (ACLC) initiative providing opportunities for undergraduate alumni classes to engage in supporting Penn students and the communities surrounding Penn's campus. The launching of this initiative complements Penn's 2020-2021 academic year theme of Civic Engagement. The opportunities to engage will be on-going and allow for both on-campus and virtual alumni involvement. P.A.C.E. has three focus areas: Giving of Goods, Giving of Time, and Giving of Talent.

The Netter Center is a proud partner of this initiative and is particularly highlighting opportunities for Giving of Goods and Giving of Talent.

Giving of Talent

Help create a virtual library of career talks for local youth as part of the Netter Center's college access and career readiness programming.  This is an opportunity to share your talents and professional life experiences with local Philadelphia high school students through a fun and unique video project.

Record a brief “A day in the life” of your career, “How I got here”, “Helpful skills for my career”, “How I overcame adversity during my journey”, etc… to share with students.

You are the expert of your own experience!

Sign up here if interested in learning more.

We will host brief tutorial sessions throughout the spring to provide details and suggestions for creating your video.  The first tutorial is scheduled for Friday, March 19, 2021 at 3pm EST.
